(a) The Board of Trustees of Public Affairs of the Village of Lowellville is hereby abolished and the term of office of the members of such Board is hereby terminated.
(b) All contracts entered into by the Board, and all rules and regulations adopted or other action taken by the Board shall continue in effect until they have terminated of their own accord or until they are modified, changed, revised, amended or repealed.
