137.01  POSITION CREATED.
   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 735.271, the Village of Lowellville is authorized and establishes the position of Village Administrator.
   (b)   The Village Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor, but shall not take office unless his or her appointment has been approved by a majority vote of the members elected to Council.
