121.02 MEETINGS IN SUMMER MONTHS.

(a) During the summer months of June, July and August, Council shall meet only once a month on the second regular fixed Council meeting which is the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

(b) Council shall stand in recess for the first fixed Council meetings of such summer months.
