1525.09  ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES.
   (a)   The Zoning Inspector or his designate is authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (b)   The penalty for violation of any portion of this chapter shall be a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a fourth degree misdemeanor for subsequent offenses.
