(a) There is hereby established a Board of Fire Appeals, to be composed of the Mayor, Village Administrator and the Village Engineer, which Board is hereby empowered to hear and determine appeals from the decisions of the Fire Chief as herein provided.
(b) Any owner, lessee or occupant may appeal to such Board, which shall meet immediately and render its decision within twelve hours of an appeal being filed. The appeal shall be filed with the Mayor.
