Whenever the Fire Chief finds the occupation and use of a building immediately dangerous to those operating or using the same from any of the causes heretofore mentioned, the Chief shall cause such building to be closed and its use discontinued until such time as the immediate danger is removed. Upon such order being issued, the owner, lessee or occupant of such building shall discontinue its use until the Chief finds the violation or immediate danger remedied or removed.
