1329.05 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD.

The construction or erection of any building, structure, or premises described in Section 1329.02 shall comply in all respects to the guidelines, regulations, and rules as defined by the Design Review Board. Prior to commencing construction of any structure, the approval of the Design Review Board shall be secured.
