1329.04 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No building, structure, or premises described in Section 1329.02 shall be constructed or erected in the Village unless a permit to construct said structure has been issued by the Board of Zoning Appeals. The guidelines to enable the Board of Appeals to issue a construction permit shall be as provided in Chapter 1125. (Ord. 2814. Passed 11-29-95.)
