1329.01 PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this chapter, to promote the health, safety and welfare of the Village by establishing regulations governing the siting, construction and maintenance of factory-built housing. It is further the intent of this chapter to permit a wider range of housing opportunities while assuring the compatibility of a variety of housing types within certain residential districts.
