1327.99 VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES.
   No person, firm or corporation shall erect, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in violation of any provision of any building code that may be adopted by Council, or in violation of this chapter, or shall cause, permit or suffer any such violation to be committed. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each provision of law thus violated. Each day such violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
