1327.09 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.

In the event a stop-work order is issued, or any plans are submitted and not approved by the Building and Zoning Inspector, then the owner may appeal such decision to the Zoning Board of Appeals/Planning within 3 days of receiving such notice from the Inspector. The decision of the Board shall be final.
