1327.08 STOP-WORK ORDER.

In the event a stop-work order is issued or any plans are submitted and not approved by the Building and Zoning Inspector, then the owner may appeal to the Zoning Board within three days after receiving such notice from the Inspector. The decision of the Board shall be final.
