1327.02 APPOINTMENT AND TERM OF INSPECTOR.

The Mayor, subject to the approval of the majority of the members elected to Council shall appoint the Building and Zoning Inspector, whose term shall be for a period of three years. The first appointment under this section is to take effect immediately and the first term shall be in effect until January 1, 1959.
