Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than forty-five dollars ($45.00), and every day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such hereunder.
