Parking of such trailer for a period of more than sixty days shall be prohibited, and no trailer license shall permit a trailer or the occupants thereof to remain in such trailers for a period longer than sixty days; nor shall a trailer licensee permit a trailer or the occupants thereof to enter the trailer for ninety days after the expiration date of a former occupancy; and it shall be unlawful for the occupants of a trailer, automobile trailer, tent or stand to enter or park such trailer, automobile trailer, tent or stand ninety days after the expiration date of a former occupancy on any other site within the Village limits.
