1323.06 LICENSE REVOCATION.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to revoke any license issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter if after due investigation he shall determine that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions hereof or that such trailer is being maintained in an unsanitary or unsafe manner or is a nuisance.
