1303.01 BOCA CODE ADOPTED.

Council hereby adopts the Building Officials and Code Administrators National Property Maintenance Code in its entirety. A copy of said Building Officials and Code Administrators National Property Maintenance Code is attached to Ordinance 2911 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231.
