Whoever violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense and each day's violation of any such provisions shall constitute a separate offense.
