(a) The Mayor and the Village Administrator are hereby authorized to establish rules for the administration; maintenance and use of the Village Auditorium.
(b) Said rules may include any and all items associated with the administration; maintenance and use of the Village Auditorium including but not limited to those topics included in Chapter 925 of the Codified Ordinances.
(c) If said rules of any part thereof should contradict with Chapter 925 of the Codified Ordinances then said rules or any part thereof shall supersede Chapter 925 or any part thereof, unless Council by resolution rejects said rules or any part thereof, unless Council by resolution rejects said rules or any part thereof.
(d) If Council should reject said rules or any part thereof Council shall in the rejecting resolution provide guidance for the amendment of said rules or any part thereof.
