925.04  RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The following rules and regulations shall be observed by all applicants for the use of the auditorium:
   (a)   All Village-owned chairs, tables and equipment shall be accounted for and properly stored;
   (b)   No smoking shall be permitted other than in the rest rooms;
   (c)   No alcoholic beverage shall be brought into or consumed in the Village Hall;
   (d)   All applicants shall cooperate with the Village Police Department and the Administrator in maintaining proper order; and
   (e)   All applicants are responsible for damages and for the cleaning up of the auditorium and kitchen and disposal of garbage and trash.
