917.10  PROHIBITIONS.
   No person shall intentionally allow sanitary sewage to flow into a sanitary sewer of the Village which flows into the sewage treatment plant, which does not meet the following requirements:
   (a)   The sanitary sewage shall have a temperature of not more than 150 degrees Fahrenheit;
   (b)   Shall contain no gasoline, benzine, naphtha, fuel oil or gases, except as may be found in normal domestic sanitary sewage;
   (c)   Shall contain no unground garbage;
   (d)   Shall contain no ashes, cinders, sand mud, straw, shavings, metal, glass, rags, feathers, tar, plastics, wood or other solid or viscous substances capable of causing obstruction to the flow in sewers or interference with the proper operation of the sewage works; and
   (e)   Shall contain no toxic, poisonous, noxious or malodorous substances in sufficient quantities to cause a public nuisance, hazard to humans or animals or interference with any sewage treatment process.
