Billing date shall be the last day of each quarter. The last day of each quarter is defined as follows: Such billing shall commence on the 15th of March, June, September and December.
All bills not paid by closing collection date shall be assessed fifty cent (50¢) or a ten percent (10%) penalty, whichever is the greater of the two.
Closing collection date shall be as follows: Such closing collection date shall commence on the 30th of March, June, September and December. (Ord. 2307. Passed 8-11-85.)
