739.02  LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   In addition to all other requirements as provided by any other ordinance for the issuance of permits to any person desiring to sponsor or promote public exhibitions such as circuses, carnivals, firework displays, donkey-baseball and other similar public performances, the Mayor shall require sufficient and adequate public liability insurance for the protection of the general public, for the protection of those attending such exhibition, and for the protection of the Village from any liability whatsoever arising directly or indirectly as the result of such exhibition in the Village.
