The construction and/or operation of Solid Waste Disposal Facilities, including but not limited to, landfills, transfer stations, medical waste disposal facilities, additional soil reclamation facilities, and toxic material disposal facilities, within the Village of Lowellville is hereby prohibited. For purposes of this section, solid waste shall include, but shall not be limited to, construction and demolition materials and debris.
