715.09  SIGNS.
   If signs are illuminated, their light sources shall not be of excessive brightness or cause glare hazardous to pedestrians or auto drives or be objectionable to adjacent residential districts. Flashing, moving or intermittent illumination shall not be permitted except by a conditional use permit (Christmas display lighting is excluded from the above regulations).  Signs for such massage establishments shall advertise only the name of the establishment, the goods produced or sold or services rendered at such establishment.  A building permit shall be obtained before any signs exceeding twelve square feet in area are erected or altered.
