707.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second offense. Each day of operation which continues the violation shall be construed as a separate offense.
