707.10 JUNK DEALERS ENGAGED IN DISMANTLING OLD AUTOMOBILES.
   No junk dealer, a part of whose business is that of disposing of old, obsolete or wrecked automobiles and dismantling of same, shall perform any of such work on the streets or sidewalks adjoining his yard or permit to be placed upon the streets adjacent to his property any oil, grease or other like material from the automobiles or parts thereof. The owner of the junk yard shall not pile the chasis or other parts of dismantled cars in such a manner so that the same may slip or fall onto the sidewalk or street.
