The license fees to be charged for the operation of the various businesses as defined by Section 707.01 shall be as follows:

Junk collectors or gatherers | 125.00 |
Fees for all licenses that have less than one year to run from date of issuance shall be computed on a quarter year basis, which computation shall be based on a reduction of a quarter year amount for the time which the license has to run before the time of its expiration.
