707.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in the various businesses, as defined in this chapter, without first having obtained from the Mayor a license to do so, and paying to the Mayor in advance the amount of such license fee as hereinafter provided for each place and stand operated by the licensee.
