The owner or exhibitor of every amusement arcade or skill pool table shall display at all times in a prominent place on the premises of every amusement arcade in the Village and of every place in the Village in which a skill pool table required by this chapter to be licensed is installed or used a printed notice, which shall be furnished by the Chief of Police with the required license and which shall read substantially as follows:

If you are under the age of 13, under the ordinance of the Village, if you remain on these premises after 9:00 p.m. or operate any electrical or mechanical amusement device when not accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult relative or furnish false information as to name, age or other identification, you are guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
If you are under the age of 14, under the ordinance of the Village, if you remain on these premises after 9:30 p.m. when not accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult relative or furnish false information as to name, age or other identification, you are guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
If you are under the age of 18, under the ordinance of the Village, if you remain on these premises after 10:30 p.m., when not accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult relative or furnish false information as to name, age or other identification, you are guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
