(a) No owner or exhibitor of an amusement arcade shall be open or permit playing between the hours of 2:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday; 2:30 a.m. to noon on Sunday; and midnight to 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
(b) No owner or exhibitor of an amusement arcade shall permit minors under the age of thirteen to be within an amusement arcade after 9:00 p.m., or shall permit minors under the age of fourteen to be within an amusement arcade after 9:30 p.m., or shall permit minors fourteen years of age or older to be within an arcade after 10:30 p.m. unless accompanied by parent, guardian or other adult relative.
(c) No minor under the age of thirteen shall be within an amusement arcade after 9:00 p.m.; nor shall a minor under the age of fourteen be within an amusement arcade after 9:30 p.m.; nor shall a minor fourteen years of age or older be within an amusement arcade after 10:30 p.m. unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult relative.
