559.03 FAILURE TO REMOVE.

In addition to or in lieu of issuing a citation, and concurrent with same, the Village or its agent may cut or remove the grass or weeds and recover its expenses for such work. All fees recovered for such abatement shall be in addition to any penalties under Section 559.99.
