§ 33.03 COMPLIANCE WITH MUNICIPAL CODES; NOTICE; LIEN.
   If a violation of any of the codes or ordinances of the town is determined to exist on real property, all persons holding a substantial interest in the property must be given a reasonable opportunity to bring the property into compliance. If the appropriate actions are not taken by the owners or occupants of the property within a reasonable period of time, authorized officials of the town may enter the property and take appropriate action to bring the property into compliance. Any expenses incurred by the town may be recorded as a lien against the property. For the purposes of this section a reasonable period of time shall be determined by the nature of the violation. The notice period need not exceed 30 days for any violation.
