§ 31.77 SALARY, BENEFITS, OTHER DUTIES PROVIDED BY ORDINANCE.
   The Town Council shall, at the time of making the appointment, fix the salary of the Waterworks Superintendent for the ensuing year. The Council may further define the duties, responsibilities and requirements of the Waterworks Superintendent through the adoption of policy resolutions.
