The Town Council shall, at the time of making the appointment, fix the salary of the Superintendent of Streets for the ensuing year and determine all other job benefits, including vacations by ordinance. The Town Council may further define the duties, responsibilities and requirements of the Superintendent of Streets through the adoption of policy resolutions.
