(A) The following rules, regulations and codes, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference as the rules applicable to the construction, alteration, repair, relocation, occupancy, addition, and use of all buildings and structures in the town.
(B) Building Rules of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, as set out in the following Articles of Title 675 of the Indiana Administrative Code, are incorporated by reference in this code and shall include later amendments to those articles as the same are published in the Indiana Register of the Indiana Administrative Code with effective dates as fixed therein:
(1) General Administrative Rules (675 IAC 12);
(2) Indiana Building Codes (675 IAC 13);
(3) Indiana Residential Codes (675 IAC 14);
(4) Industrialized Building Systems (675 IAC 15);
(5) Indiana Plumbing Code (675 IAC 16);
(6) Indiana Electrical Code (675 IAC 17);
(7) 2014 Indiana Mechanical Code (675 IAC 18);
(8) Indiana Energy Conservation Code (675 IAC 19);
(9) Indiana Swimming Pool Code (675 IAC 20);
(10) Indiana Safety Codes for Elevators, Escalators, Manlifts and Hoists (675 IAC 2I);
(11) Indiana Fire Prevention Code (675 IAC 22);
(12) Indiana Supplementary Fire Safety Rules (675 IAC 24); and
(13) Indiana Fuel Gas Code (675 IAC 25).
(C) Copies of adopted building rules, codes, and standards are on file in the town Building Department.
