§ 31.25 AUTHORIZATION.
   (A)   The Town Council may, in its discretion, employ a Director of Public Works to serve at the pleasure of the Town Council, or for a definite term not to exceed the longest remaining term in office of a member of the Town Council, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed and whose employment shall always be terminable for cause.
