(A) All violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanors and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than an amount set by Town Council and subject to amendment by Council from time to time. The current penalty rate is available for public inspection at the town offices during normal business hours.
(B) If the itinerant merchant is convicted and fails to pay the fine, the right to solicit or sell merchandise or services door-to-door will automatically terminate.
