§ 110.107 SEVERABILITY.
The provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any provision or application is held to be illegal, unconstitutional, or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the remaining provisions. It is the legislative intent of the municipality that the ordinance would have been adopted if such illegal provision had not been included or any illegal application would not have been made.
