For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or required a different meaning.
MINOR. Any juvenile under the age of 18 years who has not been emancipated.
PARENT. Any adult who has legal custody of a minor or with whom a minor may be found residing. This includes but is not limited to the mother, father, legal guardian and any other person having the care or custody of a minor.
