(A) Use of motorized vehicle in restricted areas only. No person shall operate any self-propelled vehicles designed to travel on the surface in a park, including but not limited to mini-bikes, motorcycles, go-karts, dirt bikes, dune buggies, ATVs and mopeds, except in areas designated for this purpose.
(B) Registration and liability. Before any of the above self-propelled vehicles can be operated within a park, the owner of said vehicle must sign a waiver of liability and must present it to the Director or the Board, along with proof of liability insurance to cover damages resulting from the operation of said vehicle.
