§ 100.03 DEFACEMENT, DESTRUCTION, REMOVAL, DISTURBANCE OR BRINGING IN OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, PLANTS AND ANIMALS.
   (A)   Defacement, destruction, removal. No person shall injure, deface, destroy, befoul or remove any part of a park or building, signs, equipment or other property found therein; nor shall any person cut down, destroy or injure standing or growing vine, shrub, bush, sapling, tree or flowers, or other vegetation or fruit or seed growing on park property, or maliciously injure, destroy, disturb or sever from a park, a product standing or growing or other thing, such as rocks or minerals, attached thereto or part thereof.
   (B)   Bringing in plants, trees or shrubs. Unless authorized by the Board, no person shall bring into or upon any park any trees, shrubs or plants or portion thereof.
   (C)   Bringing in and leaving animals, fish or fowl. Unless authorized by the Board, no person shall bring into and leave in any park any animal, fish or fowl.
