§ 94.02 OPERATOR RESPONSIBLE FOR LITTER FROM VEHICLE; PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.
    Evidence that littering was committed from a privately-owned moving vehicle shall be prima facia evidence that it was committed by due operator of the vehicle.
