§ 90.08 DAMAGE TO VEHICLE DURING REMOVAL; LIABILITY EXEMPTIONS.

Neither the owner, lessee, or occupant of the premise from which any abandoned vehicle or parts are removed nor the town, towing service, or any automobile scrapyard shall be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or parts occurring during its removal or while in possession of the town or an agent of the town.
