§ 77.02 FEES - LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND.
   The following fees are established to defer the cost of providing the related services by the police department and shall be deposited into the police department’s Law Enforcement Training Fund:
   (A)   Accident reports:       $10 per copy of an Indiana Standard Crash Report and $.25 per page for each supplemental report.
   (B)   Accident photos:       $10 administrative service fee, plus:
      (1)   The actual cost incurred for reproducing each photo print;
      (2)   $1 per laser print per photo.
   (C)   Fingerprinting:       $10 per fingerprint card.
   (D)   Handgun permits (IC 35- 47-2-3).
      (1)   From a person applying for a four-year handgun license, a $10 application fee, $5 of which shall be refunded if the license is not issued.
      (2)   From a person applying for a lifetime handgun license who does not currently possess a valid Indiana handgun license, a $50 application fee, $30 of which shall be refunded if the license is not issued.
      (3)   From a person applying for a lifetime handgun license who currently possesses a valid Indiana handgun license, a $40 application fee, $30 of which shall be refunded if the license is not issued.
      (4)   The fees collected shall be deposited into the Firearms Training Fund, or other appropriate training fund, and used to train law enforcement officers in the proper use of firearms or other law enforcement duties, or to purchase firearms or firearm related equipment, or both for the law enforcement officers employed by the law enforcement agency.
   (E)   Vehicle inspection:      $5 per vehicle.
   (F)   Record check:       $10.
