§ 72.05 AUTHORITY TO REMOVE VEHICLES IN VIOLATION; LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.

The town police officers shall, when deemed necessary, be authorized to remove any vehicles left standing or parking in violation of this chapter and the town shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of the removal.
