(A) The regulations specified herein are considered infractions and may be enforced by the Police Department in the same manner as any other traffic ordinance adopted by the town.
(B) An officer of the Lowell Police Department may issue a citation for violation of these traffic regulations witnessed by an employee of the Tri-Creek School Corporation, provided that the employee signs the citation below the name of the issuing officer and agrees to appear in court with the officer if the citation in contested.
(C) Violations of these traffic regulations shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 10.
(D) This section of the traffic code shall not be enforceable until signs giving notice of the traffic regulations are posted upon or at the entrance or entrances to the school corporation properties affected. The expenses incurred for the posting of regulatory signs as required by law shall be the responsibility of the Tri-Creek School Corporation. This chapter will be enforceable after two publications in the local paper.
