§ 71.46 VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No vehicle shall be driven upon school grounds at a speed greater than 10 miles per hour.
   (B)   No vehicle shall accelerate in such a manner as to deliberately cause the tires to spin and lose traction upon the paved surfaces of the school grounds.
   (C)   No vehicle, with the exception of invalid chairs, school maintenance or administrative vehicles, school district coach's vehicles, or emergency vehicles may be driven upon the unpaved areas of any school corporation grounds.
   (D)   The use of all terrain vehicles (ATV), snowmobiles, skateboards, mini-bikes, go-carts, roller skates, roller blades, golf carts, or other such vehicles, is prohibited on both the paved and unpaved areas of any school corporation grounds.
   (E)   The use of wagons, buggies, or other conveyances which may be drawn by horses or ponies, on school corporation without permission from the school administration is prohibited.
   (F)   All service delivery vehicles must turn off their engines while making deliveries to school buildings.
   (G)   Parents, guardians, students and other visitors are prohibited from idling vehicles on school grounds for a period of time exceeding five minutes.
