§ 71.45 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SCHOOL GROUNDS. All real property which is owned or controlled by the Tri-Creek School Corporation, which is located within the boundaries of the town and surrounds or is adjacent to any school corporation building.
   VEHICLE. Except as otherwise may be provided in this chapter, any device in, upon, or by which a person or property is, or may be transported or moved upon school grounds.
