§ 71.32 EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of § 71.30(B) shall not be applicable to local deliveries or pickups if made by shortest route to place of delivery or pickup.

   (B)   The provisions of § 71.30(A) shall not be applicable to the routine operation of school and church buses, fire trucks, ambulances or other emergency vehicles as may be approved during emergencies by the Chief of Police.
